Research Meeting by MERIAN PhD candidate Antye Guenther

Unfolding 3D-Rendered Neuroimaginaries — A Trans*Feminist Artistic Investigation by Antye Guenther.

On the 22nd of March 2022, from 15:00 – 17:00, MERIAN PhD candidate Antye Guenther will welcome us in her studio at the Jan van Eyck Academie. She would like to work with us on the preparation of a performance she is planning to do in May as part of her research project Unfolding 3D-Rendered Neuroimaginaries — A Trans*Feminist Artistic Investigation. In her studio, she will read with us her draft-text and introduce us to the props she is expecting to use. Inge Römgens, teacher-researcher at UCM (UM) will respond to Antye’s work from the perspective of her own PhD research, on artistic research, theatre practices and staying with the trouble.
