Call Scriptiekunst / Thesis Prize 2023
De lectoraten van de kunstopleidingen van ZUYD nodigen alle kunststudenten uit om mee te doen aan de 10e editie van SCRIPTIEKUNST, dé wedstrijd voor de beste scripties. Scripties geschreven in het schooljaar 2022/2023 komen in aanmerking voor deelname. De deadline voor indiening is 15 juli 2023. De winnende inzending en de scripties met een eervolle vermelding worden op de website gepresenteerd en tevens ontvangt de winnaar een cadeaucheque van €500 en krijgen de scripties met een eervolle vermelding een cadeaucheque van €300,-. De hoofdprijs wordt (indien de vorm dat toelaat) in print uitgegeven.
Ben je nog op zoek naar inspirerende voorbeelden voor je scriptie? Kijk dan even op scriptiekunst.org, waar alle winnende scripties binnen de kunsten ZUYD van de afgelopen 9 jaren staan. Daar kan je ook jouw scriptie insturen: wie weet wordt die dan gepubliceerd en win je één van de prijzen!
Met de wedstrijd SCRIPTIEKUNST willen de lectoraten een grote diversiteit aan onderzoek en de documentatie ervan binnen de kunstopleidingen van ZUYD stimuleren. Ook (geschreven) reflectie op je eigen artistieke praktijk komt in aanmerking. Alle inzendingen worden getoetst op gedegenheid, originaliteit en diversiteit van aanpak. De jury bestaat uit professionals en kunstenaars van binnen en buiten de kunstopleidingen van ZUYD.

The research centers of all art courses of ZUYD invite you to participate in the 10th edition of SCRIPTIEKUNST, the competition to name the best theses. Theses written in the academic year 2022/2023 are eligible for participation. The deadline to submit is July 15th 2023. The winning entry and encouragement prizes will be published on our website and the winner will also receive a gift card worth €500. The encouragement prize winners will receive a gift card of €300,-. If possible, the winning entry will also be printed.
About to finish your thesis but still in need of some inspiration? Visit scriptiekunst.org and discover the wild diversity of the winning theses within ZUYD’s art courses from the past 9 years. And while you’re at it: submit your own thesis! Maybe it will get published as a real book and you win one of the gift cards.
With the SCRIPTIEKUNST competition, the research centers hope to stimulate a great diversity of research and the documentation of research within the Art courses of ZUYD. (Written) documentation of your own artistic practice is also eligible for submission. All entries will be assessed for thoroughness, originality and diversity of approach. The jury consists of professionals and artists from inside and outside the art courses of ZUYD.
